At FIG-SAFE, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. In such cases, we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries only:

Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, United States.

Orders placed outside of these regions will not be fulfilled.

Shipping Methods & Costs
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: $10 AUD

  • Express Shipping: $15 AUD

International:

  • International Shipping: $30 AUD

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and begin once the order has been dispatched:

  • Australia: dependent on selected shipping method

  • International: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier delays.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates are provided by Australia Post.

Delays & Lost Parcels
FIG-SAFE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by Australia Post, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier where possible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

FIG-SAFE is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. FIG-SAFE is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
